This is an ideal apartment with incredible access to trams. Perfect location for walking to major attractions as well. The apartment itself is also great. Ample space, comfortable beds. Really close to stores and restaurants which is also a plus. Overall really enjoyed the stay here. Would definitely recommend this apartment and also looking forward to coming back here.

We'll definitely stay again. The property was pristine, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk into CBD. We also appreciated Woolworths and BWS just downstairs! Hosts were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

Lovely place to stay. Location great with tram stop out the front, parking only $1 per hour and could get spaces close. The appartment lovely, clean and the pool is amazing. Not far to go into the City or to St Kilda. Albert Park just down the hill. Malwina always very responsive. Highly Recommend!

We stayed here for F1 and it was the perfect place!! Such easy access to and from the track (20 min walk). The place was gorgeous and tidy. Would recommend!

An amazing host as she was always responsive. The cleaning agency maid did a poor job in cleaning and washing up but after notifying Una, she sorted it out and even provided a token of goodwill. We were unlucky that the weather was warm when we were in Melbourne city, so only 1 bedroom has an aircon, therefore we had to move the other double bed to the main room where 4 of us slept in the same room. Parking was tight for an SUV, much suited for a smaller car. Apart from that, the place is not really suitable for young infant or toddler.

It was a pleasure spent some days at this home. The unit is lovely and well located with many shops and restaurants close.

Great value, central location and a host with very punctual communication. A slight hidden cost to be aware of: we were asked to pay a 50 dollar late check in fee after we booked (we had communicated we were due to check in at 7pm). I would have liked this to be clearer on the listing as it did come as a surprise. However the host was very generous in allowing us to check out later than 10am, so all in all a great value stay with a great host. Highly recommended!

A lovely stay at a super convenient location. The unit had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Checkout procedures were so simple, making for a relaxed departure after a busy weekend away. Dana was responsive, polite and helpful at every stage as well!

Very nice environment, easy to get to places either walking or driving, very spacious and clean and very secure in location. Highly recommend staying at this place. Very easy instructions upon arrival and departure and Darren was very helpful with any questions.

Fabulous accommodation, quality furnishings, very comfortable bed, lots of extras provided, too many to mention but included on street parking. 25a Foam Street is in a great location, close to all the local amenities, beach and stunning park, all within walking distance. Amy is a super friendly host, very responsive and attentive to any questions.

Booked an Airbnb for the first time with a few friends and I’m glad to mention that this first time experience will have me booking this type of stay again. The accommodation was very tidy and we all felt right at home, of course we had an amazing view of the city. The hosts always responded in a timely manner and were always so helpful and kind. Beautiful modern apartment in a lovely area in Melbourne with easy tram access to the CBD. Could not ask for more … Jonathan is very responsive and we greatly appreciate the flexibilities to have an early check in as we arrive verly early in Melbourne. Love the super comfy bed, linen luxury, squeky clean bathroom and complete kitchen amenities. Would love to come back!!!

Leanne’s place is a magical little getaway; the views are absolutely breathtaking, photos do not do it justice. Perfectly located ontop of a Woolworths and walking distance from the cbd. The apartment was very clean, super comfortable bed and great amenities. If you’re after a quiet escape in the cbd, I cant recommend this place enough! Leanne was super responsive and catered to all my needs, which I appreciated :)

Upon entering the apartment, the views were stunning. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, just as described, and the gift baskets in each bedroom were a lovely touch. This place has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Deb and Rob are amazing hosts. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Estuve 1 mes haciendo una pasantía en el Alfred, además que podía llegar en 20 minutos caminando, justo en frente tenía la estación del Tram que me dejaba en tan solo 5 minutos. Buen lugar para estudiar y para estar tranquila. Estuve sola, muy segura. Los anfitriones cordiales y siempre atentos.

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect for what we needed and great location just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city! The hosts were so amazing and super responsive to all our requests. We had a great stay here. Very close access to trams into the city and walking distance to Southgate and Crown. The Woolworths on the ground floor is perfect for last minute dinners/late night snacks. The fire station and highway are quite loud but the window reduces an impressive amount of the sound when closed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were quick to respond whenever we had issues and were always happy to help.
