Belle Monte is a lovely light-filled 2 story home on high bluff overlooking Middle Creek off the Whale Branch river in Beaufort, SC. See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! Enjoy swimming (ladder provided), kayaking or paddle boarding. Great area for fishing and crabbing. Well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, gas grill, screened-in porch, game table & more!

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Our Sea Islander Home is available to you and yours for a wonderful Vacation, or for your Parris Island Marine Corps Graduation and Celebration. Located just 2 miles from the entrance to the Marine Corp Recruit Depot at Parris Island, minutes from The Sands Beach and Boardwalk, near Olde Town Port Royal, and the historical City of Beaufort. This home is 45 minutes from Savannah, GA, 60 minutes from Charleston, SC and close to Bluffton and Hilton Head too. This home is central to it all!

This beautiful home is newly built and is located in the heart of Port Royal's "Old Village" It is within walking distance to many unique shops and restaurants as well as Sand's beach which is a local favorite. This 4BR 2 BA country style cottage is roomy and comfortable. Enjoy sitting outside on the front porch or screened in patio while chatting with family, friends and neighbors. We are located just 1 mile from the entrance to Parris Island, a convenient location for marine graduations.

Kick back and enjoy the magnificent river view and breezes at this waterfront getaway in the historic Old Village of Port Royal. Two comfy bedrooms w/queen beds, two spacious bathrooms. Dog friendly and close to both downtown Beaufort and Parris Island. Fully fenced in back yard for our 4-legged guests! Fire pit, gas grill and 2 bikes available (just text us for the bike lock).
