“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

At The Salty Koala you will be supplied with everything you could ever need, including all linen and bath towels.

Welcome to my holiday cottage. Keep an eye out for dolphins as they come past, the most beautiful sunrises & sets, gather around the fire pit of an evening as the sky paints itself pink. Relax, sit back & enjoy yourself. You’ll be sure to leave feeling far lighter & clearer headed than when you arrive. Main with an ultra-comfy king bed and a 65” smart TV Second bedroom with a plush Koala queen sofa bed 55” TV in the living room, mounted from the ceiling for the perfect movie night.

Price listed is for 4 guests. Unique riverside resort set on 6 acres on the Paterson River offering private boat ramp, jetty and a cabana . Ideally for water skiing, jet skis, fishing, canoeing and paddle boarding. 30 minutes to Vineyards, Beaches and State Forests. Plenty of parking available on site in designated areas. Riverfront pergola for shade next to the jetty. In the advent of unforeseen inclement weather, unfortunately a cancellation may occur due to local flooding.
