Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. We live in the main house and we have two holiday lets on the estate (1) this cottage; and (2) our recently refurbished annexe!
