With added comfort of underfloor heating, and triple glaze windows, meaning cosy all year round. There is space for fishing gear and a fridge for storage of fishing bate and gear.

A five minute walk to the town center and the same distance to Lough Derg and the river Shannon. It has onsite parking and outdoor covered facilities for dining. It is ideally located for outdoor activities including swimming, Angling, Boating , Cycling Walking and Golfing. The Forest Park has numerous walking \ cycling trails and a new Blueway is now open.
