Großzügiger Bewegungsraum mit großzügiger Weitsicht nach Süd und Südwest. Draußen: (Holzofen-)Sauna, Badewanne mit Badeofen, Bauerngarten zum Beerenjausnen, Tee- und Würzkräuter. Viel Platz und viel Ruhe (kaum Lichtverschmutzung) und nur ein Steinwurf von der Südsteirischen Weinstraße. Diese kleine Oase ermöglicht zu Regenerieren und Erholen.

With great views, abundance of nature, bike tracks at the door, organic food and only 20min bus ride to Maribor (bus stop is 5 min walk). 15 min drive to The Wine Rd which weaves through Slovenia and Austria. It's good for fam, couples, soloadventurers. Note that all guest are required to pay the tourist tax in cash of €2 per person per day

Awesome Free Time Studio

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Apartment with sauna in Maribor city centre

This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Studio Lipa is a self-catering accommodation located in Maribor. Free WiFi access is available. The property is 6 km from Mariborsko Pohorje Ski resort, and 1.5 km from the Europark Shopping Centre. Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
