You will be welcomed into a lovely reception area and given access to your private suite. The penthouse suite is on the 2nd Floor of the house, so stairs are necessary to reach your private apartment.

Charming house, located in the center of Praia da Vitória, with beautiful views. It has 3 bedrooms (5 people) and a sofa bed (2 people), but can accommodate up to 9 people (upon request), a living room with a flat-screen TV and cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen. It has a laundry room, with washing and dryer. It has 2 bathrooms, with a shower. Outside there is a barbecue area and panoramic view. The house has 2 air conditioners and 2 mobile fans. Free parking is available near the house.

The Cozy Cottage is a small guest house built within our property, in a very well-located area, close to the island’s best spots. It is a simple and welcoming space designed to make you feel at home during your stay. With spacious and comfortable areas, it is ideal for resting and enjoying peaceful moments, whether you are traveling with family, as a couple, or with friends. We have a large garden and an outdoor swimming pool, that you can enjoy at any time during your stay :)

Tem uma horta, de livre acesso aos hóspedes, que poderão colher desde as folhas para o chá, como produtos horticolas e frutos. Também tem um forno de lenha regional, característico das Casas Açorianas, onde poderão confeccionar tudo o que a Terra nos dá.
