We stayed here for a month. Great location (apartment building is beach front) and is easy to settle into. Kritsada was always super quick to reply to our comms which is always appreciated!

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

Very beautiful apartment, very well equipped with everything you need including a beautiful view of the see. The area is very remote and 35 minutes away from Hua Hin, you will need a scooter or car to move around because GRAB is not available here. The host is very helpful and the communication is super easy with her. Thank you for letting us stay here :)

No issues with the apartment at all. Consequently no need to trouble the owner. Apartment clean & brightly decorated. Comfy bed. Completely satisfied.

Die Anlage und die Wohnung waren äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Die Putzfrau kam alle 2 Wochen und hat die Wohnung blitzeblank geputzt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Besonders möchte ich erwähnen, dass die Leute in der Rezeption unglaublich hilfsbereit sind! Ich kam abends im Dunklen an; der diensthabende Mann in der Rezeption hat mich nach der Ankunft mit seinen Motorroller noch mit zum 7/11 Einkaufsladen genommen, den ich im Dunklen gar nich gefunden hätte. Der Pool ist sehr schön groß, ca. 20 Meter lang, der täglich vom Personal sauber gehalten wurde.

Wonderful place to stay I must say. The flat has everything you need and it’s on the beach, the sunsets are fantastic as are the sunrises . The owners are really nice and the whole area is beautiful with lots of nice places to visit and eat but you will need transportation but that’s easy to organize. I will definitely stay again when I’m in the area next.

Tanit was the perfect host! Great communication, fast response and super helpful. Nothing was too much. The apartement was spacious, clean and tidy. We loved the balcony where we had breakfast and some dinners. I loved that the complex wasn’t high rise and really nicely designed with pools, water and green around you. The beach was right there and you could choose between pool and beach. Unfortunately it was high tide each morning so could lie on the beach. Khao Tao is a bit out of the way if you want to be close to the action. It was fine with us but it means you need a Grab if you want to go anywhere. There are a couple of restaurants at the beach and in the village but we ordered in quite a lot. We loved our trip to the Golden Buddha (you can see it from the balcony) which is about a 35 min walk or 7 min drive and went to Phraya Nikon Cave with its amazing temple. It takes about 45 mins by car, we booked a taxi for 1500 but for the day. Steep climb but so worth it

We stayed at this place several times now and it's always our first choice when we return to Pak Nam Pran. It's in a convenient location, and easy to drive into Pranburi town or Hua Hin, Khao Kalok, or Sam Roi Yot. It's also on a little dead-end street, so except for the occasional dog bark it's super quiet. Most importantly, it's also pet-friendly and our dog always is happy to return here.

Great accommodation. The place is as it appears in the pictures with good seafood restaurants within walking distance. The host is very friendly and happy to give recommendations on things to do. Overall very good value for money and we will visit again.

A perfect place to stay with friends and family! The neighborhood felt very safe and private. The house is beautifully designed, especially the living room, which is soundproof and super comfy. There are board games to enjoy and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking! K. Rin, the house manager is incredibly kind, and the host responds very quickly. Highly recommended!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We strongly recommend staying here! We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this cozy place. 😍 A short walk to 7-Eleven, located next to an Italian restaurant where you may enjoy brunch or dinner. The house was tidy, and having a living area with a large couch was perfect for recharging. There is also all of the cooking equipment that we require. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to K.Tui and the K.Nut (host) for being so responsive and kind.

Great place, amazing layout and space - quality bedding, towels and amenities. Kitchen is also well fitted. Outdoor pool, BBQ and dining are also very good - great for large families. The site manager was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated house. Every corner reflects a thoughtful and personalized touch that made it feel more like a home than just a rental. The decor is charming, full of light, and very tastefully done — clearly curated with care and attention. It’s not only beautiful but also practical: everything was easy to use, well-organized, and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming space, with personality and warmth! And walking distance from the beach and restaurants! We were already familiar with the property "Panorama Resort" from a previous visit & returning felt incredibly pleasant. Naturally, we were curious about this house, as the pictures looked very promising & the communication with the owners had been so warm & friendly. What can I say? We've booked many houses worldwide & enjoyed wonderful moments - but THIS house surpasses them all!! After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed with a well-stocked fridge. The attention to detail in the decor is simply a dream – a fantastic kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (and more) you could need (I loved the milk frother so much!), charming decorative touches, bedrooms with fridge & coffee machine, spacious & spotless bathrooms, cozy beds with comfortable linens, friendly cleaning staff, a stunning garden, a pristine pool and beautiful lightning. What more could your heart desire? We absolutely loved everything (!) and are so grateful to Janet & Dave for this wonderful experience!

I love waking up to the sunrise over the bay. Truely the best panoramic ocean view. A perfect getaway. The room is comfortable and super clean with great public facility.

The view from the balcony is unbelievably stunning. The host is very responsive and helpful. The property is fully equipped and very well mantained. The area is safe. Also has a direct acess to the beach. Love the place.

Love the location. Love the pools. Right on the beach. Private & peaceful. Great for a person/a couple who want some peaceful rest.

Great if you want to wake up to the sound of waves looking over the ocean. Saw dolphins from the balcony one afternoon. Comfy bed, nice pool and well equipped. Hot water and Wi-Fi would be a massive improvement (mobile data signal is really strong in the area though). Car or motorbike is needed to get around.

Very nice place in a quiet location. Perfect for relaxing.
