Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Art & Love, a/c , private parking spot

Élégant appartement avec vue unique du premier bassin du lac. La maison est à 15 minutes (a pieds) du centre de Côme, à 15 minutes de la Suisse. Très joli et bien décoré; de l'entrée, vous allez à la piece principale avec une vue spectaculaire sur le lac de Côme (voir photo), où vous trouverez un canapé-lit confortable. Il y a une cuisine équipée et salle de bain avec douche. Idéal pour jeunes couples ou pour voyages d'affaires. Un parking privé pratique, surtout à Côme!!

GLI ARCHI. Amazing lake view!

Le logement est situé sur la place du salon d'Orta San Giulio, donc à proximité de l'art et de la culture, de splendides vues panoramiques et des restaurants. Situé au bord du lac, donc très central, mais calme. Grâce aux trois grandes fenêtres cintrées, la vue est la meilleure que l'on puisse espérer à Orta ! Les vues, l'emplacement et l'intimité sont uniques ! Il convient aux couples, aux aventuriers solitaires et aux amis à quatre pattes. Garage privé à 200 mètres.
