Si gode di una bella vista dello spazio verde del giardino. Sopra un soppalco con travi a vista: uno spazio relax con divano letto due posti che diventa un letto molto confortevole. Un corridoio conduce alla camera da letto, con letto francese e il balconcino con vista sul lago e un bel tavolino. Accanto c'è il bagno con doccia.

Situé côté lac dans un immeuble de 1850, donc très central, mais calme. Grâce à la grande fenêtre cintrée, la vue est la meilleure que l'on puisse espérer à Orta ! Il convient aux couples, aux aventuriers solitaires, aux voyageurs d'affaires, aux familles et aux amis à quatre pattes. Garage privé à 200 mètres.
