An elegant independent peaceful panoramic rustic residence nestled amidts the scenic and gently rolling hills in Tuscany . This beautiful property is the ideal destination for those who want to experience and enjoy true Italian country living, recommended for families. PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (which is located a few tens of meters from the villa in its own land ) and JACUZZI (located in the garden of the villa ) are open for our guests from June until the end of October.

Cozy Chianti Villa close to Florence. This 135sqm stone house has a rustic kitchen with a fireplace. It sleeps 9 guests in 3 rooms, but for groups of 11, a 4th bedroom is included. Smaller groups can add it for extra comfort (extra fee). Enjoy the private garden with a covered dining area, a patio with armchairs and parking. The ground floor is fully wheelchair-friendly (kitchen, bedroom, bath). Plus, A/C and a private Jacuzzi (extra fee) for relaxing under the stars!

The house has a private garden of 100 square meters with a tub usable with a depth of 60 cm. Two squares usable for your relaxing and fun, from admire the view, and space for eat outside. WI-FI free. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family.
