Restaurants, clubs, places where you can rent a boat, bike, or a car are reachable within a maximum 5 minutes walking. Altough this apartment is centraly located it is not in the domain of the city noise so you can be sure that you will sleep as a baby.

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
