La această vilă există o piscină privată, o grădină, facilități de grătar, foișor, wi-fi gratuit și parcare privată gratuită. Este dotat cu wii fi, bucătărie complet utilata. In apropiere sunt magazine alimentare, restaurante. Loc de parcare este disponibil in fata imobilului.
