Die modern eingerichtete Maisonett Wohnung liegt direkt am Fuße der zentralen Einkaufspassage von Rovinj, abseits in einer kleinen ruhigen Gasse. Das lichtdurchflutete Appartement ist sehr geräumig und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, wodurch es auch ideal für Familien geeignet ist. Die Wohnung ist auf jeder Etage mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Von hier aus lassen sich Restaurants, Bars und die traumhaft schöne Altstadt von Rovinj bestens erkunden.

Our bright and airy app is set on a first floor of a small residential building, built in 1962. Being located in Monvidal, a quiet neighborhood of town, makes it a great starting point from which to explore all the main city’s attractions. It only takes a 5 min. walk to our magnificent Amphitheater and about 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Farmers market and strict city center is less than 15 min walk away.

App Sea, 70m from beach

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

The apartment is located 2.5 km from the beach and 2.5 km from the center. 800m away is the excellent restaurant Boccaporta. The building is surrounded by trees and Mediterranean plants. It is a building of three apartments. Your apartment is on the first floor. I live on the ground floor with my family.
