Welcome to Villa Salu' (adults only, +14). Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 5 Munte (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on the second floor of our villa.

Casa Percan - 5 min walk to the beach

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

Premantura ist bekannt für seinen Naturpark Kamenjak mit über 30 verschiedenen, herrlichen Buchten und einer unvergleichlichen Flora und Fauna. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus in Waldrandlage. Zu Fuß erreicht man schöne Kies- und Felsstrände innerhalb von wenigen Minuten.
