A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

You’ll love my place because of 3+ acres to enjoy with walking trails, an outdoor fire pit in a quite, country setting with air conditioning in the living room. There are 2 golf courses, 2 microbreweries, 2 lakes and so much more within a 15 minute drive! We have 2 cottages on our property, this listing is the 2 bedroom cottage

The Dreamweaver at The Heron

On the grounds of the Great Blue Heron Music Festival, at The Heron Farm and Event Center, you will find our pride and joy, The Dreamweaver! This was our First Aid building that has received a beautiful makeover thanks to the talented folks who frequent here. There is one full sized bed, 2 hammocks in bunkbed style, sink (no running water quite yet!), electricity, a couple small tables and chairs and 2 bean bag chairs! The sleeping quarters are separated by a bead curtain.
