Everything about our stay has been utterly perfect. Having stayed in many Airbnb’s, this is certainly one of the best. All of the little details have been thought through, from the lovely and generous welcome package, to having plenty of logs available for the hot tub and even extra hot tub towels provided. The outside area is so well looked after that we just wanted to stay in the garden. We didn’t feel the need to leave the cottage at all! What made our experience even better was just how lovely, friendly and helpful Amy has been. I think this will be an annual trip for our family. Thanks so much again 😊

A perfect family cottage and photos don't do it justice, it was really really nice!! Perfect location with fantastic views it doesn't feel like you're 15 minutes away from the madness of Blackpool. We'll return in the future 100%.

Would highly recommend this beautiful, peaceful little cottage. Hot Tub was wonderful, quality addition and whole space was well maintained. Excellent hosts, communication was fantastic. A real home from home, in tranquil setting. Thanks for wonderful relaxed weekend!

We had such a lovely time, the property was beautiful and serene. It was in a good vicinity to lots of sites. The chickens were such a laugh and a good source of entertainment! Would definitely go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kathryn's place. The place is exactly how you imagine it would be by looking at the description and the photos. We will definitely be going back again. Kathryn was very responsive and so helpful with whatever queries we had.

I booked on Friday afternoon and arrived on Saturday, so was all very last minute, Liz kept in touch and met us there to show us around. Place is very dog friendly. Liz also checked in with us during our stay to see if all was ok. We went for lovely walks and spent time in the spa to relax in the evening, just what we all needed, will be recommending to my friends and family 10/10 many thanks 😊

A fantastic property with a high quality and luxurious finish. Peaceful, with the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, despite being extremely close to shops and bars. Stayed with my three kids. Enjoyed the hot-tub and garden. The place was spotlessly clean and all of the appliances worked perfectly. A great sleep in very comfy beds, next to the sound of nature. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Nicola (in particular) and Scott was the perfect hosts, from the initial booking, through to the directions and advice on getting there was brilliant! Me and my other guest were amazed at how beautiful the cottage, amenities and views were. Could literally not fault A thing (coming from a group of 5 women that says it all 😅) Thank you to you both and we will DEFINITELY be returning 😊

Just returned from a family weekend at Robin Cottage after first visiting 3 years ago. Everything was as lovely as before, beautiful property and surroundings, and friendly, efficient hosts. There was a small hiccup with the cooker which was fixed promptly and efficiently and Caesar and Jenny were very attentive to our needs. Can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely private, secluded cottage in the quiet and peaceful village of Croston. We used it as our base for travelling from Canada and visiting family around the NW of England. The property was exactly as described and surpassed our expectations. As first time Air B&B users we were a little nervous about the experience but the host, Holly, was super helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Overall we highly recommend, it’s a lovely cottage and a great host - 10/10

Wow! an amazing beautiful place. The hosts Jill and Sean were fantastic right from the start. Very helpful, and any questions we had they were very quick to respond. Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

A really lovely cottage with charming views. A very steep drive and walk to get there, but well worth it! Comfy beds, cosy vibes and a nice kitchen with everything we needed. Beck was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout.

Lovely place which had everything we needed. We have an anxious and reactive dog but this place was just perfect. It was safe with a contained garden. Owners responsive and accommodating.

We had a fabulous stay here for 3 nights. The location is very quiet and peaceful, which was perfect as a retreat after busy days in Manchester and Liverpool. It’s only 30 minutes from Liverpool, so perfect if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and close. The house was clean and tidy, exactly as described. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. Great find!

What a beautiful cottage! It retains all the charm of its long history, while offering up-to-the-minute amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and pristine, with fresh white linens, and everything you need and more to begin your stay. Behind the house is a private garden and terrace, overlooking miles of fields and trees. We found peace and tranquillity here.

Bank House Cottage is an exceptional cottage to stay at. Hosts Veronica and Alan were wonderful, giving local recommendations and ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. The cottage itself is beautiful and has an interesting history. It was sparkling clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We also availed of the Hot Tub which was luxurious and very relaxing. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at the cottage and hope to return in the future.

Derek and kath were great friendly hosts. always checking to make sure everything was OK. we couldn't of asked for more. the accommodation was superb, the back garden had a bbq, fire pit, jacuzzi. The scenery was absolutely stunning we couldn't of asked for a more perfect weekend

My partner and I came for a short holiday in Hebden Bridge and were hoping for a quiet place within walkable distance to the town centre, and this was perfect! It is a bit of a trek upwards if you aren’t used to hills, but not too bad, and within about a 15 minute walk from the station. The place was lovely and clean, and felt very homey. We’re vegan and Nic was very accommodating by providing a milk alternative, which was very kind. The space felt very calm and peaceful, and the area was quiet- as it’s an under-dwelling you feel quite secluded, which is great. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ♥️
