Luxury on a private single story estate, Licensed, 1/2 acre lot w/ Pool&Spa, a perfect balance of location, space, serenity and amenities to create an ideal Vegas getaway. Home is 1 min drive to S. LV Blvd by the South Outlets, 3 mins to 🏈 Stadium, 5 min. to LAS, 10 min. to Mandalay. Home is private but still has neighbors and it is VERY important guests are respectful. Gorgeous quite &cozy 3 bedrooms house for business, Family, romantic trip (35% monthly discount) with Hi speed internet. (it's my resident when i am in Vegas) We take pride in providing extra care to clean house and disinfect. Self-Check-in, Great location, (smoking ok in the yard), one pet UP 17LB only. 17 min to airport and convention depends on traffic, nearby shopping with Apple bee, Ross, Walmart, Walgreen, and complimentary Starbucks coffee for morning.
