We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. Driving: 8 min to the ferry, 8 min to the Regional Hospital, 16 min to the airport (YSJ), 3 min to the highway.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Cozy Tree House Studio in Nature

The studio provides a chill experience on 4+ acres, with private stream access, a small park-like forest, bird watching, meditative spaces, and walking paths throughout the forest.
