This is a spacious, sunny apartment located on the first floor. It consists of a hallway, a large openspace living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a narrow terrace. It has aircondition, free wifi, sat TV and FREE PARKING. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and everything you need to conjure up a delicious meal. It is suitable for all groups - families, friends and couples. This unit impresses with its open space and balcony where you will be happy to have your morning drink.

You will find The Olive House in the very end of a small village called Jakomici. The second floor of the house has been recently refurbished and consists of two identical apartments, each with a kitchen, huge living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment is suitable for 4 people. You can relax completely, chill out in the garden or in the new swimming pool, or you can come with us for a boat trip (not included). Villa Blaise is a spacious house with a ground floor and 1st floor, with a total living area of 200 m2. It is located in the small Istrian village of Manjadvorci, in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. 150 m from the first restaurant, and 300 m from the first market. The first beach is 6 km away. A 20-minute drive away from Pula, 40 minutes from Rovinj, and 16 km from Pula airport. Villa Blaise is a an example of a functional holiday home for groups of up to 8 people.

It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Modern family home in a prime location, just 150 m from Uvala Soline beach. Offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed for 2 guests. The city centre is 2.5 km away with good bus connections. Outside features a deck with BBQ and lounge area, private yard with swing, and a private heated pool (7x3 m, built 2023) with sunbeds. The pool is heated for added comfort, up to 26°C. Private parking for 2 cars.
