Il nostro weekend nella Casetta di Massimiliano è stato più che gradevole. Casa pulita, dotata di tutto quanto c è nella descrizione, è molto vicina sia al centro che al mare. Massimiliano è stato gentilissimo e disponibile sia per il check in che per il check out, ci ha aiutati a risolvere il Problema Parcheggio che a Gaeta è un po' caro ovunque. Siamo stati veramente benissimo.

Casa accogliente con un bel terrazzo dove poter mangiare e godersi la vista sul porto. Posizione facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal porto e vicina alla fermata della navetta. Proprietaria super cortese e disponibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Monica è stata un host esemplare: gentile, accorta e disponibile! La sua casa era meravigliosa, grande accogliente ed ordinata, con spazi di svago e relax come la piscina e la sala hobby con barbecue perfetti per me ed i miei amici! Un’esperienza unica e, ci auguriamo tutti, presto ripetibile!

Un piccolo gioiello immerso in un’oasi di pace e tranquillità alle porte di San Felice. Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti e Ci siamo trovati benissimo , la Signora Rosaria disponibilissima, accogliente e premurosa. La casa godeva di ogni confort possibile. Torneremo sicuramente

Sonia ha mostrato grande cortesia e gentilezza fin dal primo messaggio fornendomi tutte le dritte per giungere al b&b. L'appartamento, posizionato a circa 10 minuti dalla stazione di Pomezia, è molto pulito, ordinato e super confortevole.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti a Ceprano in questo appartamento piccolo ma davvero accogliente, insieme a mia moglie, nostra figlia di 3 anni e il nostro bimbo di 4 mesi. L’appartamento ci ha sorpreso: nonostante le dimensioni contenute, è fornito di tutti i comfort, anche più di quelli trovati in case molto più grandi! Arredamento curato, pulizia impeccabile e collocato in una zona tranquilla e piacevole. Un grazie speciale all’host, sempre super cordiale e disponibile, pronto a intervenire per qualsiasi necessità: davvero una presenza rassicurante durante tutto il soggiorno. Lo consiglierei sicuramente a coppie e famiglie con un solo bambino. Un ottimo punto d’appoggio per chi cerca relax e funzionalità!

Un appartamento davvero accogliente, comodo, spazioso e molto attrezzato nel pieno centro storico di Nettuno. La posizione della casa significa che c'è un panorama bellissimo del porto di Nettuno e di tutti i luoghi famosi intorno. Sicuramente ottimo se uno vuole soggiornare per più tempo ma anche perfetto per un weekend a solo due passi dal mare. I host sono molto disponibili e amichevoli. A warm, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped apartment in Nettuno's famous and atmospheric historic centre. The location of the flat provides for breathtaking views of Nettuno's famous port and its amazing surrounds. Excellent for longer breaks but also perfect for a long weekend at only a two minutes' walk to Nettuno's main beach. The hosts are welcoming and friendly.

We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit tollen Vögelkonzerten. Alles ist gut zu erreichen. Leckere Pizza und Backwaren in großer Auswahl. Die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir waren auch zweimal im Nachbarort in der Altstadt und im Tempel. Die Luft ist im Herbst sehr feucht, riecht super, lockt aber Mücken an. Daher haben wir uns vor Ort noch Soventol besorgt. Gerne immer wieder diesen schönen Ort besuchen.

Tommaso was a very helpful, gracious and friendly host. The apartment is lovely and well equipped. The view, especially sitting out on the terrace day or night is spectacular. Roccasecca is a wonderful, well looked after town worth visiting just for the views down the hills and up to the ancient castle and medieval village (birthplace of St. Thomas Aquinas). A short walk for a morning coffee in the main piazza and great takeaway pizza. I wish we had been able to stay longer. Highly recommended.

Miejsce pobytu jest zgodne z opisem. Jest fajnie położone, jest widok na morze (wręcz słychać morze), dostępność plaży to spokojnie 5min pieszo. Jest położone na terenie prywatnym i jest bezpieczne. Dom wyposażony jest we wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy. WIFI jest ogólnodostępne, jest NETFIX, PRIME, youtube. Najbliższy sklep to około 15min drogi pieszo, podobnie jak najbliższe restaurację/pizzeria. Jednak, żeby dowozić większe zakupy niezbędny jest samochód. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, bieżący. Gloria odpowiada na wszystkie potrzeby i reaguje bardzo szybko. Dojazd do Rzymu samochodem to około 1h. Jeżeli komuś zależy na Mcdonalds, nie ma problemu, kwestia 15min samochodem. Basen fajny, ze zróżnicowaną głębokością. Bardzo fajne i przyjemne miejsce. Serdecznie polecam! Jedyną rzeczą jaka uważam, że powinna być poprawiona to schody na taras i jego włączenie do użytkowania. To w mojej opinii jeszcze bardziej uatrakcyjni ofertę.

Wow doesn’t do it justice ! Everything that we had hoped for and more. We picked here as we had been to Rome multiple times and wanted a different experience, value for money and a location so we could get into Rome easily. We hardly left. The location is fantastic with everything you need at walking distance. Mauro and vladimira are truly the definition of “super hosts “ and their home is a peaceful relaxing oasis. The beach is a 20 minute walk , the train into Rome a 9 minute walk. The apartment is bright and quiet and although small a perfect space for a couple. Thank you so much for creating this great space that we cannot wait to come back to !

Wat een geweldige plek in Arce. Lazio op zijn veelbelovendst. Uitstekend goed geoutilleerd huisje. Top wifi waardoor werken eenvoudig was. Een geweldig lieve kat die me nu al missen.. Komen graag n keer terug. Al het beste voor jullie

Lovely apartment in fantastic location with plenty of parking. Great balcony with fantastic views. I liked the fact it was one of the tallest buildings it made it very easy to get your bearings in the city. Lots of nice little gifts left by host (wine/orange juice/water plus some snacks) which was very kind. Good bar close to apartment. Host was very friendly, responsive to all queries and very accommodating of late check out request. If I visit Latina again I would not hesitate to book again.
