A superb location in the heart of the city. Only steps away from main piazza and grande canal. But despite being so central the street has limited traffic, only buses and taxis are permitted to use it making it surprisingly peaceful. Please note this property is 4th floor without an elevator. Hanging over the old harbour, in a pedestrian only access road, it is a stone throw from the main city attractions, but immersed in tranquility and silence. Beautiful views over the Centre, the old harbour, Miramare Castle, the lighthouse, all the way to Duino castle. Every window is a picture frame of Trieste. Private parking in a garage, accessible by lift, is available.

Grazie al suo ricchissimo patrimonio naturalistico la Val Rosandra, con il suo corso d'acqua superficiale unico del Carso triestino, il Torrente Glinščica e alla cascata di circa 40m è sempre stata meta di escursionisti e rocciatori.
