The apartment is of historical interest located on Via San Pellegrino in the center of the medieval village, built with peperino stone and cool in summer it is bright, located in a medieval tower of Palazzo degli Alessandri 1200 AD, in the street there are various restaurants and premises, the Duomo, churches, museums and fountains of historical interest, can be easily reached from the free parking in Valle Faul 500m away, and from the nearby Rome-Viterbo train station, Porta Romana stop 600m

La maison se compose d’un salon, d’une sale a’ manger, d’une cuisine, d’un porche et de 6 chambers, chacune avec sa propre salle de bains. 2 chambres a’ l’arriere de la maison sont independantes et partagent une salle de bains. Au Rez-de-chaussee, il y a une cuisine plus petit et une baunderie. La propriete pest accueillir 12 pers.
