Considering the villa is situated in a secluded cove, away from civilization and technology, it is perfect for your dream vacation getaway. This house consists of 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a sofa bed, 2 kitchens (one on each floor), hot tub and a large terrace with plenty of seating area together with a fireplace for a BBQ. It's a part of a Villa complex "Fjera", that consists of 2 houses. The whole complex can be rented at the same time over our profile as well. Centre of Pučišća, including the market, post office, bus station and pharmacy is on a 5 min walk distance. Beach is on a 300 meters distance.

The apartment boasts a view of the islands surrounding Split and overlooks the unique villa garden you’ll pass through to get to the beach. This 75m2 apartment is ideal to accommodate two to four people. It has a private parkingplace if you are comming with car. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Ova kamena kuća za odmor, na otoku Braču smjestila se u prekrasnoj uvali na zemljištu površine 10 000 m2. Okružena maslinama i borovima sastoji se od dva odvojena objekta koji su povezani međusobno velikom terasom. Pruža uživanje u miru i tišini daleko od gužve i gradske buke. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
