Swim, fish, bike, kayak, there is plenty to do in this area. Or just decide to stay in and play a board game (provided) or a yard game like yardzee, ladder golf or corn hole (also provided). We tried to think of everything that you might need on you lake vacation and provide to you. Lots of outside seating. (seasonal)

Located on a less-traveled road in the complex, giving it a quieter feel. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this home can sleep up to 8 guests. Full-service kitchen, large living room with cable television and high-speed wifi. Wooden deck conveniently shaded by beautiful trees with propane grill and a large picnic table for entertaining. Additional deck with a small table, great for watching the sunrise.

Sunny Disposition is a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage, sleeping up to 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 14 guests with an additional rental fee. From the deck on the water, you will have breath taking views of Lake Erie and the Islands. The numerous beaches up and down the coast will provide hours of water fun. The cottage comes fully furnished, including linens and beach towels, for a worry free vacation. Enjoy a barbecue on the deck, while you watch boats come in and out of the harbor.

(Great spot for fishermen with ample off street boat parking!) Whether you are looking for island life, nightlife, beach life… or just to enjoy life, it will fit your needs. Cottage No. 6 ☼

Cottage No.6 underwent a complete remodel in 2021 and is situated in a residential neighborhood near Perry's Monument and a short walk to downtown. There are 2 patios out back. Grill some burgers on the gas grill followed by a relaxing evening on the concrete patio around the fire ring in the back yard . The front porch is screened in and a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of island made wine. There is parking for one vehicle, but could possibly accommodate more, just ask.
