Guests will enjoy a private one bedroom apartment that is attached to our log cabin in Ticonderoga. Our central location between the lakes provides quests easy access to everything the Adirondacks have to offer. We are 1 mile from the boat launch in Lake George and 3 miles from the boat launch on Lake Champlain and historic Fort Ticonderoga. The town beach on Lake George is within 3 miles. Hiking in both NY and VT. Main street Ticonderoga is just 1/2 mile away. 18 hole golf is within 3 miles.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

Fully renovated, this home has industrial style finishes to pay tribute to the towns 1900s graphite mining boom. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.

Quiet lake view cabin in Gull Bay on Lake George

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The term "camp" is what is used up in Putnam to describe these quaint cabins from the 1940s. We are located on Lake George, but the protected Gull Bay provides opportunities to take out our kayaks around the bay! Gull Bay is a quiet community and very family-friendly. We are often on-site as we have a unit in the back, connected only by a deck.
