There's an open plan lounge and kitchen opening onto a private decking for dining, with everything you need including oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. Owl's Retreat is the two story, self contained westerly wing of our secluded farmhouse surrounded by farmland. It is full of character with stone walls, oak beams and a large cathedral window in the master bedroom. There are far reaching views throughout. It is the perfect base to explore North Devon countryside & nearby Cornwall beaches. Come back, relax and unwind, enjoy the sunset in the garden or a movie in front of the log burning stove.

Shepherds Hut

We provide you with everything you need for your stay ~ French linen bedding, towels, bathrobes, hair dryer and wood for both hot tub and wood burner & a delicious Cornish cream tea on arrival. We also include tea, instant coffee and fresh ground coffee, hot chocolate with mini marshmallows and a selection of fresh and dried herbs. You have exclusive access to the hot tub during your stay.
