Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Casa Malrotti - 18th Century house salt water pool

Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).

Un paradis avec une villa attenante ! Maison à saveur parisienne avec une vue à couper le souffle pour se détendre, redécouvrir le plaisir de la nature, passer des journées romantiques et inoubliables. Au centre du village de Lu Monferrato, au cœur des collines du Monferrato, 2 chambres doubles (160x190) dont une avec salle de bain dans la suite ainsi qu’une simple (lit français). 2 autres salles de bains, dont une salle de bain de service. Climatisation et place de parking devant l’entrée.

La Dimora del Capitano è la residenza giusta per chi cerca l'eleganza e la tranquillità. Immersa nel Monferrato, a due passi dall'autostrada A21, offre un'esperienza indimenticabile nell'insegna della calma, quiete e buongusto per un'esperienza extrasensoriale. La Dimora del Capitano offre, per ora, un piccolo appartamento formato da una camera da letto e una stanza relax, quest'ultima fornita di vasca idromassaggio doppia, poltrona massaggiante shiatsu e sedute meditative.

We renovated the house respecting its original features, and now it is ready to welcome families and groups of friends. The house is big enough for everyone to have their space and comes with great gathering areas. It is conveniently located - shops and sights are all within easy access - and the towns of Asti, Rocca d'Arazzo, Agliano and Canelli are only a few kilometers away.
