Chiado Loft 2 Fantastic Last Floor

Cet appartement situé au dernier étage, dans un immeuble vieux de près de 400 ans, vient d'être rénové. Vous vous retrouverez dans le quartier Chiado de Lisbonne avec tout son dynamisme et sa vie. À l'intérieur de l'appartement, vous trouverez toutes les commodités d'usage, notamment la climatisation, le chauffage, la télévision par câble, la connexion wifi, la station d'accueil pour iPod pour la musique, une cuisine américaine avec lave-vaisselle, machine à laver/sécher, réfrigérateur, cafetière, presse-fruits, grille-pain, bouilloire, four, plaques électriques (2), sèche-cheveux. La salle de bains en marbre avec une petite fenêtre donne sur la porte, à droite de la table à manger. Le salon de l'appartement est dotée d'un sofa et d'un téléviseur, d'une chaise longue et d'une table basse. Cet appartement à été conçu comme un espace ouvert, mais en même temps, les salles de séjour/à manger, ainsi que la « chambre » et la cuisine sont bien définies, et bien qu'il ne s'agisse pas d'un grand appartement, il est très confortable et dispose d'un espace de stockage. Vous verrez le sofa depuis la chambre à coucher de l'appartement. Le téléviseur est avec pied pivotant, de la sorte que vous pouvez en profiter depuis le lit, le salon ou la salle à manger. L'on accède à l'appartement Chiado Loft à partir de Rua da Bica de Duarte Belo, où cet appartement se trouve au 5ème étage (les 1er, 2ème et 3ème étages ont des hauteurs de plafond limitées); de cette façon, vous accédez à l'appartement sans trop d'efforts. L'appartement est conçu pour 4 personnes, avec un lit à deux places, un lit à une place dans le sofa et un lit à une place style futon dans la mezzanine, juste au-dessus de la salle de bains. Le tram n° 28 passe à 25m et le métro est à 350m. Cet appartement est situé sur la célèbre Rua da Bica de Duarte Belo, où vous avez le funiculaire. Le train pour Cascais se trouve à 850m de l'appartement. Si vous appréciez la vie nocturne, vous serez à distance de marche de nombreux bars et rues nocturne (Bairro Alto et Cais do Sodré).
