Homey house in the south of Dresden, in the beautiful green district of Plauen, about 6km away from the motorway exit Südvorstadt, 3,5 km to the city center. The house has one room with a built-in bunk beds and a fold-out couch (1.20 x 1.90). A baby travel bed incl. Bedding can be provided. The bathroom has a power shower. On the street in front of our house you will find free parking. From our house you are with the car in 10 minutes in the city center. Train and bus, which also drive to the city center and the main train station, walk in Reichl. 5 minutes. Also, the TU-terrain is easily accessible by us by bus or tram. For Haltepkt Plauen you go 500 meters. Bakeries, are also open on Sundays, discounters, etc., can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes by car two or three Fahrminuten. Super Italian, Turkish, Greek restaurants are located nearby. Not far from there is a very good cafe with tasty Eis. In front of our house is the park "Hoher Stein". The Erzgebirge is ideal for skiing, sledding and hiking. The Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car in twenty minutes. In a short time we are also in Pillnitz, Radebeul, Moritzburg or Meissen.

Es ist eine Blockhütte in Dresden-Dölzschen mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Stadt. Zur Hütte gibt es einen Garten mit einer kleinen Streuobstwiese. Sie ist neu und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist ein einmaliger Ausgangspunkt um das schöne Dresden zu erkunden. Wer will kann aber auch in der Natur entspannen oder alte Dorfkerne der umliegenden Ortschaften zu Fuß erkunden.

Unser Schäferwagen ist auf unserem Kraxlerhof, mitten in der Sächsischen Schweiz mit Blick auf die Ochelwände, gelegen. Mit viel Liebe haben wir unseren Schäferwagen nun Ende Juli 2022 für bis zu zwei Personen fertiggestellt. Alle Wanderziele sind von unserem Hof aus gut erreichbar.
