The Bay is located in a small complex of luxury properties right on the beach front of Cawsand. The maisonette is light and airy and is fitted with the latest fixtures and fittings. Dips in the sea are just moments away and the utility room is the perfect place to wash and store wetsuits and costumes. The views can be enjoyed through out the property, inc the master bedroom.

Hillcrest is situated in the very front row of properties on Tregonhawke Cliff, giving spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Whitsand Bay panorama and a real sense of seclusion from the outside world. There is electric heating throughout and also a log burner for those days when you want to sit back and watch the storms roll in off the Atlantic. The property’s secluded location means it is only accessible via footpaths down the cliff with uneven sections. Sturdy footwear is required.

We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. Trebyan is a beautiful cottage built around 1750. It sits in the centre of Kingsand, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with beaches, coastal paths and pubs all right on its doorstep. The outside space, at the front of the property, is south facing, so enjoys the sun all day long. The house undertook a full renovation, which finished in the spring of 2025, offering many mod cons whilst keeping its original traditional charm.
