Sanctuary Suite, Ramot Hashavim & Ceramic Studio

This is a wonderful unit located in Moshav Ramot Hashavim, between Raanana, Kfar Saba and Hod Hashron and 5 min ride from the train station. Orna and I and our pekingese dog leave above the unit which has its own entrance. Orna's Ceramic Studio is next to it and is available for a fee. The unit has two large bedrooms and large living room, small kitchen and bathroom, backyard sitting and play area for kids. Across the street there is the Moshav playground a local truck-cafe.

Grand 4 pièces au 2 ème étage avec ascenseur, 3 chambres à coucher, un grand salon/salle à manger, une grande cuisine ouverte et bien équipée, une salle de douche, un wc, et une buanderie avec machine à laver le linge. Pas d' arrivée ou de départ du vendredi après midi au samedi soir. Il n’y a pas de mamad ( pièce sécurisée) dans l’appartement mais au sous-sol de l’immeuble. Parking public à proximité.

Our place is situated in our 250 sqm garden with an outdoor sitting place. The space is 9*3 metres, 27 sqm, located in a quiet neighberrhood with an easy access to go everywhere. There is a pizza, a supermarket and a grossery store near by. A wide park is in a minute walking distance for jogging and relaxing. Herzliya city center is in a 5 minutes walking distance. The place is decorated as a surfers cabin, the bed mesures are 140/190 cm.
