Our Penthouse is a unique 3rd-story apartment above an 1880s Victorian Mansion, once deemed the “servants quarters.” This apartment is a surprisingly spacious, yet cozy 4-Bedroom, 1-Bath residence with a large living room, sunny kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Be advised, it’s 3-story walk-up! (No elevators in this old lady.)
