Across from a waterfall on an 8 acre private Lake with your own beach, dock, and Kayaks. Nestled into the 142 Acre forest on our farm with 5+Miles of Hike/Biking trails. Enjoy Swimming, Kayaking, Fishing, Hike/Biking, visit Farm Animals, or just RELAX! Only our Family, Log Cabin, Tugboat, and Silo listings have access to the Lake and Property.

"Old Smokey" is a 1965 pull-behind camper that has been beautifully remodeled. It is cozy, rustic and has been restructured with lots of love. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The camper has both air conditioning and a wood stove. "Old Smokey" is a unique and romantic glamping experience. You can cook delicious meals on the propane stove/grill or visit one of our charming local restaurants. This is the perfect location to relax and reset, either solo or with someone special.

If you’re looking for country charm with mountain views, you’ve found the right getaway! This tiny living space is in the woods on our private 3 acre lot surrounded by mountain views. Relax inside the newly renovated camper with WiFi availability or step outside & enjoy the hand crafted firepit w benches made from trees on the property or enjoy a game of ax throwing. This space is perfect for a romantic getaway, a work retreat, a stop through town, or a small family or group of friends.

River & Rail

Enjoy all the Potomac River has to offer, just 40 miles south of D.C. Rich in history, our RV trailer sits near the river's edge on our home property about 100 feet from our residence, in Widewater Virginia, between the Potomac River and the CSX railway. Although there are trains that pass by, they do not use their horn in our area, and they are fun to watch! Enjoy a coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise, then light up a fire pit after a day kayaking or fishing on the river.

Tucked away in the woods on a historic Eastern Shore farm lies this stunning Airstream retreat 10 mins from Cape Charles. The 1969 Airstream has been converted into a contemporary studio with all the comforts of a luxury hotel room. Wake up to the birds singing in the trees that completely surround the huge front deck. Come hike White Oak Canyon and then stargaze at the Big Dipper Ranch. Spend your whole time on our 23 acres or use it as home base as you explore all that Madison County has to offer. Old Rag and White Oak Canyon are minutes away as are wineries, breweries, orchards and much more. Critters big and small, we have them all! Please know we are in a remote area and wild animals and insects are part of nature and come with the camping experience!

Immerse yourself in nature at this private forest retreat! Enjoy the charming, clean, and comfortable off-grid camper or pitch a tent in the forest around it! Most vehicles can drive to the site. Low or luxury vehicles not recommended. It's an adventurous drive, so expect bumps, scratches, & tight turns! If you do not want to drive, it's a 15 min walk from parking lot.
