Great 2 story lakefront home on 500 acre lake located in West Tennessee in a private subdivision 5 miles from town on a 2 acre lot . Home is 2500 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , living room open to kitchen with large fireplace, enclosed porch and large open patio (40'x30') on second story overlooking lake. Large sun room extends the entire length of the back of the house upstairs for a beautiful view of the lake. Relax with a cold beer and watch sunset from dock over lake. Home is conveniently located half way between Memphis and Nashville (about an 1.5 hours from each). The house is perfect for special events such as family reunions.Or just come out for the weekend with that special someone and spend some quality time together. Bring the family pet , they are welcome too!!

Our charming home is 9 miles from I-40, Parker’s Crossroads Battlefield, Veterans Cemetery, 39 miles from Shiloh National Park and 30 minutes to TN River. If you are wanting to see Memphis Legendary BBQ & Blues or Nashville Hot Chicken & Country Music, we are half way between the 2 cities. This home is near local industries and minutes from restaurants/shopping.

Tiny Cabin by the pond

Great for traveling workers, or get-a-way. (Note: pond is currently very low due to a very dry season.) This cabin is just over 400 sqft- has a Queen bed, living room has a Futon couch (futon is a full size mattress, ideal for small children) Furnished kitchen, wifi, Amazon prime on 2 TVs. Great location! 8 minutes to Tennessee river/boat launch. 5 minutes to golf course, 15 mins to Shiloh National park, and 25 minutes to Pickwick landing state park. My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. Wee Nook- a Hobbit Hole

Wee Nook is a 360 square foot living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is tucked underground in the middle of the woods. Please come enjoy the woods, farm animals, trails, pond and wide open space while you're here! As JRR Tolkien said: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit.
