There are two beds; a queen bed with double mattress and a sofa bed with mattress topper for added comfort. There's cable TV, AppleTV and FIOS WIFI. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
