This guest suite blends vintage furniture and artwork with a 70's-inspired decor. Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

The studio has a standard queen size bed (60x80in), bathroom, closet space, small dining table & a desk/office space. There is not a full kitchen, but the room has a mini fridge, microwave & k-cap machine. -Good for business travelers & solo adventurers -Free parking available on the premises

A spacious guest unit in lovely El Segundo, California featuring a beautiful backyard, two large screen TVs, electric fireplace, private bath with walk-in shower, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, coffee maker, and mini-fridge. Location provides easy access to the beach, local restaurants, Sofi Stadium, shops, and LAX. El Segundo is the perfect spot for a layover in LA or for exploring the attractions in and around SoCal.

One and a half blocks from the beach and Pier, prime location for either vacationers or execs. 15 minutes from the airport, close to Hermosa/Manhattan Beach. 5 minutes from the quaint Riviera Village. Walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS and coffee! Plenty of street parking. My unit is a two night minimum stay.
