This house is in a quiet safe neighborhood, 30 mins from Montauk Beach and half the cost for 5 guests. Overall we loved it! The host recommended restaurants which is helpful. When we-reported a problem, someone was there to fix it the next morning. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of outdoor seating, comfy couches. Strange full bathroom cotton curtains a bit long and no liner, difficult to dry. The bath off the master bedroom the floor floods because curtain in there is lined but a bit short. Gotta keep a towel down. Garage is wonderful, laundry in basement handy. Decks off bedroom and patio off dining room both lovely. are beautiful lovely place to stay.

Very nice house with lots of room to relax and a well-stocked kitchen to cook. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to so much! When we had a question, Ellen answered with a call within minutes. She was the perfect host!

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Staying here truly felt like being in paradise. The house itself feels so inviting; it took no time at all to relax and feel at home. Everything that you could possibly need is here in the house. Michael’s attention to detail deserves praise! This home stands out from all others because of the minor details. This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Maria's place is gorgeous, just as described. It is located in a tranquil neighborhood and right next to the lake, just 10 to 15-minute drive from the Main St of East Hampton / Sag Harbor. They have an outdoor grill and kayaks on site which is perfect for a group of friends. My friends and I had a blast there and I would recommend it !

This is my 3rd stay here. I sometimes come on my own to visit my daughter at Yamaha and I pay extra per night to stay at this comfy relaxing spot so I feel at home. I have private parking, easy entry, close to downtown Yale shopping and minutes from raved Whooster Villlage. Don’t be hesitate because it is on the corner of the busy street, it allows for spreading out of family and each bedroom with own bathroom/TV sitting area. The upstairs room can get warm but use the AC unit in room and it is cool in no time! This will be my home away from home for my daughter’s next 3 years at UNH. My only suggestion is the main floor bedroom does not have King size bed but the room Itself is gorgeous! Enjoy and highly recommend this spot!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

The whole experience was perfect. There were even fresh flowers to greet me. The location is easy, a beautiful neighborhood that is very quiet and safe. I'm ready to return!

C’était un endroit parfait pour notre séjour. Notre petit-fils jouait au baseball en tournoi au Lasorda legacy Park et nous étions comme mentionné à quelques minutes du parc. L’appartement était très bien entretenu. Tout était parfait!

We absolutely loved our springtime stay! Incredible space inside and outside that enabled our kids ample room to explore and have fun. Ann Marie was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable!

George was an excellent Air BnB host!!!! His responses were prompt and answered any questions we had. The location was ideal in Greenport as everything was walking distance. We had an amazing time!

Everything was so clean and the host was super accommodating, helpful & responsive. The house was also packed with everything you could possibly need, in case you forget to bring anything. Our second year staying at Tony's house! All the comforts of home, with plenty of room for our family. Clean, very comfortable furnishings. Lovely, plentiful linens. The pool area and yard are fantastic! Once again, it was a pleasure to stay there. We hope to go back next year!
