The Old Town House

This peaceful home is located in the most popular part of the city, Old Town. It is minutes away from the center of the city and most famous places in Belgrade like Knez Mihajlova Street, Kalemegdan and Republic Square. Many Belgrade's cultural and historical heritage monuments are situated within 1km from the House. Also very close are famous Belgrade night clubs and bohemian quarter(Skadarska Street). The apartment was recently renovated and equipped with comfortable furniture.

The place has its own entry and front yard, is located in the peaceful part of the city very close to the city center by city transportation, surrounded with greens and big park ,,Šumice”. In its vicinity there is a restaurant, gas station, balloons for sport and recreation and two supermarkets. Within few minutes of walk there is a bus stop for bus 22 which leads directly to the city center. Place is good for doing job from home as it has its own WiFi connection.

Renovated and fully equipped house. Eight minutes by foot to the main square but quiet with inner garden. Two floors, two ACs, one double bed, one couch that can be open and one sofa that can also be open. Very well decorated but not cluttered, very private and peaceful yet very central.
