The Old Cottage

Beautiful old farmhouse with lots of indoor and outdoor space in quiet countryside setting in centre of the island. Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, direct sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a garden view with the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). A charming little wooden house by the sea

This quirky attractive vintage little cottage is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing in idyllic surroundings. Just a few metres from the lovely pebbly Gurnard beach, this fully refurbished historical little wooden building is set back from the road and tucked away behind our wild garden. It is accessed from its own car parking space via a little path. At the rear, a small stream goes to the sea and a large oak tree provides shelter to birds and a relaxing swing seat.

Pebble Beach Hideaway, minutes from Seafront

Pebble Beach, is a self contained chalet with king size bed and spacious shower room. Includes a fridge with water, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, WiFi, TV, iron, towels, and toiletries, microwave, toaster, plates etc. Outside rack for two bicycles, with a cover. Free off road parking right outside. Breakfast is not included, but there are local cafes, perfect for breakfast and a local pub that serves food daily, takeaways. Nicely tucked away by Gurnard Seafront.

The cottage gets the sunshine all day, sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms one king and one twin bed room both are en suite. Lounge and front bedroom have views to the marina, rear bedroom and kitchen with views over gardens. Very quiet location away from traffic noise. Nearby there is a foot /cycle path which takes you into Newport with its shops and Restaurants. Only a short drive to sandy beaches. The cottage is central for Island attractions. We can also offer discount for ferry.

Modern purpose built self contained cabin, next to the house but with its own private entrance and private pergola area with canvas sides complete with cosy seating & lighting plus hot tub! Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space.
