Set in a beautiful quiet area with driveway parking. A 20 min walk directly to the seafront and Southwold high street with many well known and independent shops, Pier, Adnams Brewery, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, marshes, and harbour. The property has key safe entry, a courtyard garden, TVs with Firesticks and WIFI. Fresh towels and bedding are provided. The local shop is just 5 min away, nearest public house is just a 10 minute walk away. The annexe sits next to our main property.

Purbeck is a short walk (10/15 mins) into Southwold. Southwold offers a good choice of independent shops including ‘The Yard’ a newly opened waffle shop, Two Magpies Bakery and Mills family Butchers. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or dinner. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.

Right on the High Street in the heart of Southwold, Port Side holiday apartment has the perfect mix of modern and rustic beauty to make you feel at home. With 2 full king size bedrooms with en-suites, port side sleeps up to 4 guests and boasts top of the range appliances making your stay one to remember. Please note Port Side is accessed via a metal staircase to the first floor, whilst we love our high over the town it may not be suitable to all guests!

You will be well looked after staying with us. Our Annex proves very popular with travellers seeking sparkling clean, modern details with all the necessary touches to make a comfortable bolt hole holiday, ten minutes walk from Southwold’s beaches and high street. We can accommodate 2 adults in the main bedroom and a further two guests in the living space, in two sofa beds (one small double and one single). A high chair/travel cot can be provided.
