Das Haus liegt ruhig, am Ortsrand, nahe dem Wald, in einer Nebenstrasse. Die Lage ist für Wanderungen, z.B. ins Hohe Venn oder den Eifelsteig, auch für Ausflüge ins benachbarte Belgien oder der Niederlande perfekt gelegen. Nach Aachen, Monschau oder zum Rursee in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Direkt an der Radroute Ravel mit 125 KM, von Aachen bis Belgien und in die Eifel.
