We welcome guests looking for a comfortable and restful stay in our home in the beautiful seaside village of Rhyll. Our home is a 10 minute stroll to 2 local cafés & a restaurant & 10 minute drive from Cowes, where you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and specialty shops. You will have secure access to the lower level of our home with separate entrance. The apartment includes 2 queen sized bedrooms, lounge/dining with TV, bathroom with bath & shower, laundry with kitchenette.

Stunning couples retreat with everything you'll need in your new home away from home at the Parker Barn Phillip Island. Complete with a king bed, cosy lounge, ensuite and mini kitchenette with all your basics. Enjoy exploring the island from a central location only 10mins walk to Smiths Beach. The barn is all yours for your entire stay and shares a driveway with the stunning Parker House. Please follow the parking instructions by parking at the back of the driveway in front of the barn fence.

Lakehouse Estate is on 3 acres with private lake.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Oswin Roberts Cottage a hidden gem/whole property

Oswin Roberts Cottage is situated in the nature park of Phillip island. High on a hill with stunning panoramic views of Rhyll inlet. Immerse your self in nature as you enjoy a glass of wine in front of the open fire indoor or out door fire pit. Oswin Roberts cottage is the only property on Phillip island with the proximity to the nature park. As night falls watch the majestic bird life and colours change over the Rhyll inlet, and watch wallabies come up to feed. The whole property is yours !!!

The Bayside Bungalow - Ideal for couples/singles

Self contained, situated at the back of our property in our private backyard. (One of two cabins in our back yard). Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, Smart TV, ceiling fan, heater, kitchenette including microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery. Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre etc. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars
