Welcome to your clean and convenient hideaway, steps from Chapman University. Great location in Old Towne Orange. With plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. This private home features two spacious rooms with comfy beds, a full kitchen and roomy bathroom. There is also a small bonus office for your use. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The location could not be better as the home is a stone's throw from Chapman University (just 1/2 a block) and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza and on a an Old Towne Orange Spoke street! Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. Close to public transportation; most people love the walkability! Prices may vary with holidays and local events. The newly remodeled cabin is a duplex among tower trees in a beautiful nature setting. Situated between 2 creeks, that are know to be a part of a wildlife trail. Our home is a mile from the lake and San Moritz Lodge. Our place is ideal for those enjoying weddings and events at the lodge, hiking and enjoying lake activities. We are 18 miles from skiing and snowboarding.

Our “RURAL REDLANDS” neighborhood is quiet with local wild creatures roaming (coyotes, rabbits and squirrels). Although other hosts welcome pets, we requests no pets for our guests that have extreme allergies. Our RURAL is an older home; not fancy but comfortable. Two bedrooms, kitchenette and living room. Private from us. We are near University of Redlands, Historic Downtown Redlands, restaurants, as well as Oak Glen apple farms. We’re 60 miles from Palm Springs, Casinos, Disneyland
