Unplug at the Loblolly. Enjoy peace and quiet in our one bedroom home set on 37 acres of pines bordering many acres of state land. We do not have cable TV, however we have a DVD player with a dresser full of DVD movies! Take a walk. Bring your mountain bikes and hit the state land trails. Sit on the 3 season porch and watch the birds, or read. Eat out on the back patio. We are 20 minutes from Pinehurst, 25 from Rockingham. 5 minutes from interstate 73. Full kitchen plus washer and dryer.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo can sleep 5 on the queen, full, & twin beds (+1 more on couch). It features Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs w/ cable, board & card games, dart board, mini bar w/ an 18 bottle wine cooler, & extra towels & blankets. The kitchen is fully stocked & includes a coffee bar. Our home has a large furnished porch & plenty of free parking. There is a washer & dryer steps away. We are a short walk to the Clubhouse & 5 min drive to Village of Pinehurst.

In The Pines

Completely renovated and furnished in ‘22 with modern decor. Gather on the shaded screened porch while dinner is prepared in the fully equipped open kitchen/dining area. Kitchen has granite counter tops and all new appliances. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating for all guest. The bedrooms are located away from communal spaces. Each bedroom has luxury linens on Queen beds for a good nights sleep.
