The place was really nice in a quiet neighborhood, I wish we could have booked it in the summer to use the grill in the back, so a nice little retreat for my family it felt like home. My family would use this place again.

This house is perfect for a small family looking to visit the area. The location was great for us as we have family nearby and normally have to stay over 30 mins away when we come. The house is beautifully decorated with cute farmhouse vibes to fit the area. We did have a few cleanliness concerns but we made the host aware and she was outstanding with her responsiveness and willingness to resolve any issues that were brought to her. I truly believe the issue was with the cleaning company not completing their job to the best of their ability but I trust that the host is going to take care of it for future guests. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Chelsea is a wonderful host with great communication and we would love to stay here again when we return.

We booked a last minute spring break trip with 2 kids and a small dog. We loved how private the property was and the fenced in yard was more than enough space for our dog to run around. The location was great and we were able to visit the Richmond zoo, Maymont, and spend time with some local friends while having a calm retreat to get rest between activities. We arrived late at night and had no issues finding the property or getting inside despite it being a little ways off a main road. The next morning we were happily surprised to see some donkeys across the street at the neighbor’s property! We enjoyed breakfasts at Eat 33 (such friendly staff and delicious food!) and our favorite dinner was at El Zocalo Mexican Restaurant (a must visit!).

This was our second stay at this house - very comfortable and convenient to all of the things to do in the Richmond area. Very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It will be our go to place to stay when visiting Richmond. Claude is an excellent host.

The place was great. Very clean and spacious. The only thing that we noticed is that some of the pictures didn’t align with the actual space. There were pictures of bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 but they were the same bedroom. Probably just a miss label but it was confusing for us and just not what we expected. It was still a great place to stay and things were close by which is what we wanted.

It was the perfect home for enjoying our daughter’s wedding weekend with our family and friends. The price was worth it for this special occasion. The kitchen was well stocked. We were too busy to enjoy the beautiful screened in porch, or use the grill and fire pit. Those were our only regrets. Thank you again, Kay, for thinking of everything!

It's a beautiful quiet place to stay. It looks to be newly remodeled. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. They have added thoughtful touches like extra fluffy towels, bottled water and snacks. It's a fun find and I highly recommend it.

Wonderful, spacious house with all the amenities. It was exactly the home base we wanted for our daughter's wedding. The house had great flow and ample space for all. Would definitely consider renting again for another family event.

Mary’s place is exceptional. The place is spotlessly clean, super comfortable and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable long term stay. All of the fixtures, appliances, furniture and equipment seem brand new. The large bed is particularly comfortable with really nice bedding. The towels are luxurious. We enjoyed cooking in the very well equipped kitchen. Mary could not be any more responsive or helpful. She is obviously completely dedicated to ensuring that her guests have a great experience. We stay in a lot of Airbnbs all over the world. Mary’s place ranks up there with the very best of them.

I cannot say enough good things about Shaniesha’s place. It’s very clean, will all the amenities you need. She is very responsive and made sure I was well taken care of during my stay!

Great place. Paula was very responsive. Instruction were clear. AC was working well on the first hot day of the year.......a bonus!!!!

Taryn was so responsive and made our stay wonderful. I had some friends visit my boyfriend and I in Richmond and wanted a place for them to all stay since our apartment is too small. Taryn’s place was PERFECT for our small group. Everyone was comfortable and it was such a nice space to catch up with old friends

We loved our stay at Sue’s place! What a lovely home, with a charming garden, and situated in a beautiful historic area. Sue made us feel right at home with her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout - such as a beautifully laid table readied for the next morning’s breakfast (provided!). We enjoyed walking to local eateries after a day of hiking around the James River parks, and particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the city from Libby Hill - just a few blocks from Sue’s place. We highly recommend Sue’s Airbnb and look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay. We had seven in our party and the three bedrooms and baths were great. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The living room and kitchen were large enough for our big group. Parking was easy. The location was great because it was near our family's house and near Forest Hill Park, where we had an event. The only concern that I had was that the top bedroom, in the converted attic space, was a bit hot during the day, but it cooled off by nighttime. We would stay again.

The treehouse is in a nice quiet area and a convenient distance to Busch Gardens. Ruben is a wonderful host - he gives clear instructions and responds quickly to any questions. It was very clean, and check in was simple. The outdoor lights on the tree look beautiful at night. The playground is awesome (and I’m sure the pool is wonderful, we just happened to stay in the off season). There’s an additional bathroom downstairs as well as another room with bunk beds. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing experience staying at J’s place. Communication with J was seamless and quick, even when we had a late-night flat tire on our check-in day. The cabin was charming, cozy, and had everything we needed. We were fortunate to meet J and his family, and when they found out I ride horses, they graciously invited me to help out at their barn and even gave me the chance to ride one of their horses, Pete. Their hospitality and kindness were truly exceptional. We highly recommend staying at J’s property—you’ll have a fantastic time and be very well cared for!

We had a lovely stay and created wonderful memories with our friends and family at this beautiful log cabin. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a remote getaway that is still easy access to Richmond, which has plenty to do. Our favorite was waking up and looking at the 3 horses, taking walks down to the river, and our kids playing together in the playroom, which has all the toys a kid could ever want. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

This home is a gem! We enjoyed the quiet of the woods and peaceful pond and were minutes from our wedding venue. Blake was extremely kind and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The space is so lovely snd peaceful. While only ome showere there were many composting toilets and lots of trampolines. Also so many blue birds! The outdoor kitchen was well equiped and lit in the evening. The massive windows in the space was perfect for sunset. There is both a warming stove and a warming blanket if needed for warmth.
