The location is very convenient to Aiken, Augusta, Lexington, and Columbia. It is only 6 miles from I-20 exit 22. The house is in Aiken County, just 20 min from downtown Aiken and 35 min Augusta Nat’l golf club. The entire house is for you to enjoy. It is a great place for family, friends, indiv, or a group of 6.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy reading, boating, swimming and beautiful views of Lake Murray. If you have a pet there is tons of space for them to run around and even go swimming in the lake. The location is a bit remote, so it is super quiet and serene. There is a gas station, Dollar General, and restaurants 5 minutes away. It is a central location: 10 minutes from the town of Saluda, 10 minutes from Batesburg, 20 minutes from Newberry, and 20 minutes from Lexington.

Peaceful, Lakefront Cottage

Our simple, unique (octagonal) cottage is ready for you to enjoy as you take in the serenity of Lake Murray! Have a meal on the spacious deck, go swimming/fishing from the dock, or just relax and observe the many fish, turtles and birds that live in this quiet cove. Our boat is on one side of the dock, and you’re welcome to use the other side for yours. There is a public boat ramp less than a mile away. Siesta Cove is the next cove over and has a general store and gas pumps for your boat.
