The Merc A-Historic Yet Modern Home w/Heated Floor

Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

The Tiny Home

Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. This tiny home may be small but will give you a memorable experience!

Bluebird Guest Suite

Keep it simple at this peaceful and cozy little guest suite. Idaho Falls is the gateway to many beautiful places to visit. Bluebird Guest Suite is located on the west side of Idaho Falls near the airport and a few minutes from I-15 and US HWYs 20 & 26. Take a walk around the Snake River on the Greenbelt, or enjoy all the amenities of downtown which is nearby. **Please note this is a basement apartment in the home that we live in with our young children, so you might hear them upstairs.**

Relax and unwind in the trees---The Littlewoods Lodge in Rexburg is the perfect blend of modern and stylish surroundings. Nestled in your own private forest, you are close to town and various attractions (easy access from hwy 20, right on Yellowstone Bear World Road). Newly constructed modern lodge has soaring ceilings with 2 bedrooms, stone fireplace, walk-in shower, and stocked kitchen.

Retreat on the Green - Rigby, ID

Our retreat is nestled in the Cottonwoods on the 18th green of the golf course. Summer with us & float the “dry bed”, depending on current water levels exit onto our property, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, play a game at the golf course, or set up family games in the yard. Winter fun brings hills to sled, hot chocolate around the fireplace, room to build snowmen and forts. All is centered around a beautiful quiet home to rest, modern amenities & a porch to watch memories unfold.

This open & refreshing modern studio apartment is a block from Porter Park & 3 blocks from BYU-Idaho campus. The moment you walk in the apartment you feel the soft light from the huge windows & wonder... is this really a basement? You’ll find a luxury bathroom outfitted with body jets, rain shower & deep soaker tub filled by waterfall spout. The bed is wonderfully comfortable with fluffy breathable topper. You can even snuggle up to the fire or enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV!

New Clean Casita near Yellowstone & Grand Teton

Having a casita has been a dream for our family for years. We love hosting friends, family, and travelers so having a dedicated space is so exciting. Our family self built the house over a two year time frame. We hope to finish the landscape by the fall of 2021. The space has fresh clean colors that remind of us the sky, streams, and oceans we love to visit in nature. It is equipped with a sink and microwave for warming snacks and beverages. Please no pets or smoking on property.

Beautiful, private loft in historic home!

Enjoy the quaint, quiet and walkable neighborhood of the numbered streets of Idaho Falls while staying at our well appointed loft. The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!

Country Cottage, farm fresh eggs, 10min to airport

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.

Country Cottage Guest Suite

This cozy 1 bdrm, 1 bath guest suite is attached to our family home but has a separate locked entrance and offers complete privacy. Our quiet country neighborhood is located in beautiful Idaho farmland. Enjoy jam from our garden and a stroll to the neighborhood lake. We're 15 min from BYU-Idaho, 1.5 hrs from Yellowstone NP, 1.5 hrs from Jackson and Grand Teton NP, 15 min from sand dunes and about 1 hr from Grand Targhee Ski Resort.

Westside guest house. Light-bright- not a basement

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio and fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We do allow 1 dog.
