Great little spot! Very clean. The beds were comfortable. Towels were nice. Neighborhood felt safe & not too noisy. Close walking distance to downtown, as well as a really nice playground park. I would recommend some blackout blinds or curtains for the bedrooms. Overall, would stay here again!

We had the best time at the house and fell in love with all of the animals! The property was wonderful! The animals were the best part of our stay! Loved everything about it! We will definitely book again if we are ever in the area again.

Well appointed and very clean home. Everything was as described and Brandon and Rebecca were very communicative. The location was a bit noisy but I realize that is not the fault of the owners!

Staying at David’s RV in the peach orchard was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, David made us feel completely at home. He went above and beyond — helping us plan out the perfect day, prepping the pool so our kids could jump in right away, and giving us an amazing, in-depth tour of both the RV and the beautiful orchard. The RV itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable — it had everything we needed and more. Waking up surrounded by the peaceful orchard was such a treat. David’s passion and care for his property really shine through in every detail. If you’re looking for a stay that feels special and genuinely welcoming, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Scott and Kristin’s place was so welcoming! The kitchen was the best appointed of all Airbnb’s we have stayed in, including spices, oils, coffee, cook ware, utensils. It’s set up to arrive and live there for your stay. The decor is a perfect balance between local art and practicality, so we felt the love and attention that Scott and Kristin put into making their place feel like a home. There is so much to do in the area: mountain biking, hiking, … We took a day and drove through the Colorado National Monument before going into Utah to join a family geology road trip. We saw big horn sheep ewes and lambs at the east entrance of CNM (closest to the visitor center) and within a mile of the ranger kiosk. And flying into/out of GJT and getting a 4WD was so easy and affordable with a United pkg. Thanks for the kindness and comfort.

This place was amazing!! We learned a lot from Mike and his wife Tina was great and prompt with anything we needed. Our fur babies had the time of their lives and didn't wanna leave. Would love to go back there again in the future! Even our friend that stayed with us had an amazing time. We didn't get to enjoy the Colorado river due to the high speed of it but it was a breathtaking the view and calmness of just being there.

Brookwillow Retreat was a very comfortable home for the week, in a nice quiet neighbourhood in a great location. Hosts were friendly and great communication, fast and efficient. I would most certainly stay again when in Grand Junction.

Sarah’s yurt was a perfect place to regroup after a very long travel day. We loved the peaceful surroundings and the yurt itself. We slept like babies!
