The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Carpenters Yard is a stylish boutique detached cottage in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Completely renovated to the highest standard, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat equidistant from the North Norfolk coast and Norwich. Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Property was built in 1885, we having loving restored this building and have kept many of the Original features which can be seen, we've also given it a modern up to date touch,it has a Wonderful Outdoor Space where there is a seating area. It's decorated throughout to a very high standard. It's very Central just a 10 minute walk into the City Centre. There are 38 acres of grounds to explore plus a large lake .The Orangery Tea Room is on site serving breakfast & teas.
